Tập đoàn Banyan Tree công bố kế hoạch quản lý 14 khách sạn và khu nghỉ dưỡng mới tại Việt Nam

Speaking exclusively to Robb Report Vietnam, Mr. Glen Cook, Assistant Vice President, Hotel Operations, Banyan Tree Vietnam, said: “2023 is a very special and meaningful year for Banyan Tree in Vietnam. This is not only the 10-year milestone of the Banyan Tree Lang Co brand, but also a year that will witness the strong development of the group with the launch of a chain of resorts managed by Banyan Tree across this beautiful country”.

The first will be two resorts under the Angsana and Dwaha brands in Ho Tram, expected to open to welcome tourists in April this year. Of which, Angsana Residences Ho Tram, located on an area of over 6 hectares in Phuoc Thuan Commune - Xuyen Moc, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, will include 162 rooms (1-2 bedroom suites with Jacuzzi/private swimming pool) and 52 villas (2-3 bedrooms) all facing the sea with a 280m long private beach.

The Dhawa brand, which was first launched in China and Cuba in 2016, will bring a modern, smart and utility-rich design style aimed at young and dynamic customers. In Vietnam, Dhawa Ho Tram will own 162 rooms with Classic, Superior, 1-2 bedroom Suite and President Suite room categories. Next in the pipeline will be Angsana Quan Lan, located in one of Vietnam’s most popular destinations – Ha Long Bay, which is scheduled to open in July 2023, followed by Dhawa Quy Nhon and Angsana Mui Dinh, which will launch in late 2024 and early 2025.

The Year of the Cat also marks the first appearance of the Garrya and HOMM resort brands in the Vietnamese market. Built on a minimalist, contemporary style that aims to balance the body-mind-spirit of travelers in today’s fast-paced life, the 5-star Garrya hotel will open in Mu Cang Chai (Yen Bai) in September 2023 with 108 villas, Garrya Da Nang (2024) with 110 rooms located near My Khe beach, and Garrya Hoi An (2024/25).

Meanwhile, the HOMM hotel system aims to make guests feel at home through typical standard amenities and trendy, affordable rooms along with authentic experiences. The first HOMM hotel will open in Tu Le (Yen Bai) in late 2023/early 2024 with 100 rooms and villas and recreational activities such as ziplining, zorbing, cave exploration and natural hot springs.

Banyan Tree Lang Co, a 5-star resort with world-class awards, located in Cu Du Commune, Phu Loc District, Thua Thien - Hue Province, will mark its 10th anniversary with a series of exciting activities. Notably, the brand new 3-bedroom mountainside villa facing the sea promises to bring a breakthrough in architecture and the most luxurious level to the resort market in Central Vietnam. In addition, Banyan Tree Lang Co will also be the pioneer in bringing bird watching to serve tourists. This is one of the resort's ideas to respond to the initiative to protect and raise awareness of biodiversity of Banyan Tree Group globally.
